Bio
T.J. Addington has served with the EFCA national office for the past 20 years in the roles of Assistant to the President, Executive Director of Ministry Advancement and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of the EFCA and its international ministry, ReachGlobal.
T.J. has worked extensively with local churches on the topics of leadership effectiveness, intentional ministry and effective board governance. He is the author of two books for church leaders titled, High Impact Church Boards (February 2007) and Leading from the Sandbox: Develop, Empower and Release High Impact Ministry Teams (June 2008). His recent book, Live Like You Mean It (Winter 2010) is published by NavPress it is available from NextStep Resources.
