Bio
John Herman is Executive Director of EFCA Pastoral Care Ministries and the EFCA Ministerial Association.
He earned his M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He served on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ, pastored Holcomb EFC, Holdrege, NE, and planted and pastored East EFC in Wichita, KS before coming to the EFCA national office. John founded the Recovery Church Ministry – a network of EFCA churches that help pastors and missionaries heal and reestablish themselves after leaving their ministries under difficult circumstances.
John and his wife, Carol, have 2 grown children.
